This place is a great new addition to Frenchmen St. The ambiance is spot on, with tables and chairs, a bar, and a small stage. The live music is perfect because it's not too loud so you can't talk over it and the seating is just right so you're close to other restaurant-goers but far enough for privacy. On top of this perfect bistro setting, the food is incredible. I had the lamb sliders, which seem to be the talk of the town, and my friend had the pasta. Both were perfectly cooked and garnished with unexpected sauces. We can't forget the cocktails either. They've got all the New Orleans drinks ready to be made and are willing to get adventurous. The only downside of Three Muses is the pace of service. It took us quite awhile to get our food and while our server was genuinely concerned about the amount of time it was a bit arduous. However, since the rest of the scene was perfect, waiting was hardly a matter.
