Katie Holmes goes on a date?

Well, there's the paparazzi shot that everyone has been waiting to see: Katie Holmes out with a new man-aawho isn't Tom Cruise. The 33-year-old actress was seen out on the streets of NYC Friday night with a big smile on her face and a cute guy standing right behind her.
Looking stylish in a green maxi dress-aabut also a bit odd in an unseasonable leather jacket-aaHolmes looked more relaxed and at ease than she has in weeks after dining at the NoMad Hotel.
Surprisingly, Holmes-aawho filed for divorce from Cruise about a month ago-aaeven stopped for a second to chat with TMZ before heading home, saying that dinner was "great."
TMZ also noted that unlike in her Cruise days, Holmes traveled without a security detail. No word on who the man is, but Holmes gave him a kiss on the cheek before getting in a cab and heading home. Holmes also said her goodbyes to a second friend, a woman.
Update: The mystery man has been identified as Holmes' attorney, Jonathan Wolfe.
