•New Directions heads to nationals for a special double-run of Glee (Fox, 8 ET/PT) that gives you an extra hour of the show and Lindsay Lohan as a celebrity judge.

You can judge for yourself whether that's too much of what used to be a better thing.

•Jamie Lee Curtis returns for the finale of one of TV's most popular series, NCIS (CBS, 8 ET/PT), on an episode that also has guest turns by Scott Wolf and Richard Schiff.

The night's goal is to stop a terrorist act that threatens the foundations of the NCIS.

Odds are good the NCIS will survive, but you may not be able to say the same for Jimmy's destination-wedding plans.

• Then it's on to the two-hour finale of NCIS' spinoff, NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS, 9 ET/PT).

There the team is after an old adversary, the Chameleon, who is behind the latest outbursts of criminal behavior.

• Amelia goes into labor on the finale of Private Practice (ABC, 10 ET/PT), a show that faced cancellation but has been given a 13-episode reprieve at the very least.

That gives it time to wrap up and another chance to be worthy of the best members of its cast — though by now, that may be too much to ask.
